Easy hotel booking

Needed a hotel for a city break in Berlin. Sembo had good options. Booked a boutique hotel easily. Confirmation was fast. No issues.

Good package, consistent service

I booked a ferry and hotel package to Sweden through Sembo again, just like last year. The process was smooth as usual, found a great deal on a family hotel. Everything was confirmed pretty quickly. The travel documents came through a few days later, which is standard for them. I like knowing what to expect, and they always deliver. The only small thing was the flight tickets I looked at separately seemed a bit higher than elsewhere, but the package deal made up for it.

Great ferry and hotel deal

Just got back from a fantastic road trip package through Sembo! Booked a ferry and hotel to Denmark and it was all so easy. The hotel was lovely, exactly as pictured. Will definitely use them again for our next adventure. Planning a ski holiday next!

Reliable for family holidays

This is my third time using Sembo, and they've been consistently good. We booked a family hotel for our summer holiday, and like last time, the booking process was smooth. The travel documents came through quickly. I did have a small issue with adding an extra person to our booking later on, but their customer service sorted it out within a day. Overall, a dependable choice for family travel.

Found a nice villa

My family and I were looking for a villa with a pool for our summer holiday, and I stumbled upon Sembo. It was pretty easy to browse through the options. We found a really nice villa in Italy that fit our budget, which was great. The booking process was straightforward, nothing too complicated. I thought the cancellation policy info could have been a bit clearer upfront, but I found it eventually. Overall, it felt like a solid choice for our trip.

Good package, minor site glitch

I booked a ferry and hotel package to Sweden through Sembo for a spring trip. The pricing was competitive, especially for the combined deal. Our hotel was exactly as described and the ferry booking was smooth. The website was mostly easy to navigate, though I had a small hiccup with the date selection tool on one page; it took a couple of tries to get it right. Customer service was helpful when I called with a question about travel documents. Overall, a solid booking experience, just a tiny website improvement could make it perfect.

Amazing holiday apartments!

Oh my goodness, I just had to write this! I booked one of their holiday apartments in Spain for a long-stay rental, and it was absolutely perfect! The photos on the site were spot on, and the location was even better than I thought. The price for a full month was unbelievable, honestly. This was my first time trying Sembo, and I'm so glad I did! I'm already planning my next trip with them. My only slight complaint was the website sometimes loaded slowly on my old laptop, but it was worth the wait!

Easy city break booking

I booked a city break to Rome through Sembo last month, flights and a boutique hotel. The website was pretty straightforward for finding options, though a few more filter choices for the hotels would be nice. Confirmation emails arrived promptly. Our flight details were accurate, and the hotel was just what we expected, right in the city center. I had to call customer service once to confirm something about the check-in, and the agent was helpful, not a long wait either which was good. Travel documents were easy to access online. No issues with payment or anything. Pretty solid experience for a quick getaway.
